Mounted Image was started by two best friends that both worked for the cable company back in the early 2000s. The duo saw that everyone was buying flat screen TVs, but no one knew how to hang them. We learned how and now have become the industry leaders. We have seen it all and know how to adapt to any situation.

We do this business because we enjoy it. We know how excited you are about getting your new TV, and there is nothing worse than staring at it sitting on the floor in the box. We offer same day service (when schedule allows) to help you with this.

We do this because we enjoy it. We want to make your home entertainment enjoyment everything it can be as well. We make sure to treat everyone’s home as our own.

We volunteered our expertise to 12 projects for the TV show Extreme Makeover Home Edition. We love the opportunity to give back, and it was one of the most rewarding experiences professionally.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing includes a tilting TV mount for TVs up to 70″. It also includes basic wiring run inside of the wall. All you need to provide is the TV, the wall, and about an hour of your time.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We learn what your needs are and do our best to meet your needs. We assess the TV location and offer our advice on what height the TV should be and how wiring should be handled. We treat a customers’ house like we would treat our own homes. We always clean up after myself ourselves including vacuuming up any mess I we have made (no we don’t do windows too) :-).

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I worked as a cable technician for years. I learned how to do good, quality work in a timely fashion. I have been hanging TVs for 10+ years. I come in, do my work, and head out. Most people are shocked at how quickly I get the work done. After working for Extreme Makeover Home Edition, I learned how to work fast and efficiently.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    As a cable technician I would mention to people that “That TV would look great on the wall, you should have it hung…” and it went from there. Now I am that go to guy for pretty much everyone that I have ever hung a TV for. I would say that 25%+ of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.
